One and all knows that “smoking is dreadful for an individual” Teenagers are eternal. Teenagers live forever. At least that’s the way it seemed when I was a teenager. Teenagers in this age want to be different from others. Smoking gives them this feeling. Because it is so prohibited it becomes more appealing to teens. The problem is that when they take that first puff, they can become addicted. But unknowingly they breaks the law and go against their parents and schools .The teens like to get attention whether it’s a good attention or bad attention that is least important for them. They think that by smoking they get big attention. The other teens look at them in all kinds of ways and the adults get disappoint and don’t know what to do. Why smoking is so addicting? Nicotine, a major compound present in the tobacco act as a stimulant, that actually stimulates your mind, spirit and body. When the body acceptance levels high then one ends up needing to use larger doses of nicotine to uphold a certain level of the physiological effect. When the body becomes habituated to the presence of nicotine, it then requires the use of the chemical to help the body to function usually. This level of dependence is called as an addiction. Cigarette smoking teens should know that what harm chemicals can do the body. Here are some dangerous facts about what smoking does to you: • Teen smokers have smaller lungs and a weaker heart than teen non-smokers. They also get sick more often than teens who don’t smoke. • From smokers a bad smell continues to come, it stains their teeth, and gives a bad breath. • Smoking lowers your hormone levels. • Smokers get 3 times more cavities than non-smokers. • Teens smoking cigarettes are likely to have cough that lasts for a longer period of time and further may give other complications. Teenagers should focus on the following point, that when you decide to smoke you are doing exactly what the tobacco companies want you to do. They millions of money on advertising try to get new people, especially teens to smoke. Once you are addicted means then you are forced to buy their product in order to support your addiction. So the teens smoking cigarettes, now being aware of the facts of smoking should quit smoking. By quitting smoking they are not only making safe their present but also future is getting secured.
