Smoking is a very difficult habit to quit. The smoker normally begins with one cigarette and then increase the quota of smoking gradually and eventually he finds himself being an addicted to the nicotine. Despite various anti smoking drives and statutory warnings displayed by the governments the smokers are not affected to give up the smoking. Smoking is highly responsible for causing lung and bronchitis cancer. After smoking for long, the smoker becomes the addicted to the smoking. The nicotine in the tobacco is the most dangerous element causing various health problems to a smoker. Once the body gets used to the nicotine, then it becomes must for the smoker to smoke. The urge of smoking becomes very strong especially when the smokers takes any hot edible intake either food or drink. Some of the smokers are smoking quite heavily during the day and it becomes very difficult for them to quit smoking. Despite they are well aware about the consequences’ of smoking but they don’t like to give it up. As the most smokers believe that smoking offers the relaxation from the heavy physical and mental strain but actually it is not like that. Smokers are now finding it very difficult to smoke anywhere due to prohibition in most public places and private sectors is also restricting the smokers to smoke during the work in the office or elsewhere. The anti smoking awareness is now developed in most of the smokers in the world. Unless the smokers decide themselves to quit the smoking, it would be difficult to give up this harmful habit.
