Are you not aware that cigarettes will kill you. Smoking is not good for your health. Everybody has to die one day but by smoking you will die soon as compared to anon smoker. Smoking kills more people than alcohol or car accidents.
Let’s see what make smoking dangerous.
Cigarettes are made up of dried tobacco leaves that contain around 4,000 chemicals which are hazardous to the health. From this 4,000 chemicals 60 are carcinogenic or cancer causing agents. In addition, tobacco and tobacco smoke have co-carcinogens that don’t lead to cancer but can accelerate its growth.
Nicotine causes addiction. Nicotine has a property of activating the receptor present in the brain. Because of nicotine the smokers become tired very soon as they become physically addicted. The smoke inhaled has carbon monoxide which can bind to hemoglobin more rapidly as compared to oxygen. As the cells are not supplied with sufficient oxygen, he is deprived with energy. The physical activities like swimming, walking, exercise etc.

The list of disease related to cigarette can go on and on. It is true that smoking cigarette will not kill you today but it will surely kill your tomorrow.
Now we will go through some of very small problems which a smoker is suffering today but which are going to become chronic tomorrow.

Starting smoking a cigarette kills you financially also. An individual thinks that by smoking one cigarette how he can fall down financially but it is a truth even if you count then per week you can save approximately Rs. 500/-.
Cigarettes can kill you so it’s better to quit smoking now rather than tomorrow. The time you quit smoking your health starts improving within 20 minutes. Within 15 years you will be free from all the related diseases to smoking.
Quitting smoking reduces the risk of lung cancer, other cancers, heart attack, stroke, and chronic lung diseases such as emphysema and chronic bronchitis.
